The National Theatre of Târgu-Mureș is a public institution of national interest subordinated to the Ministry of Culture of Romania. It is a repertoire theatre, promoting national dramaturgy and also staging important text from the universal dramaturgy.
We are warmly inviting you to the opening of the Marisiensis International Congress, the most important scientific student manifestation in Tirgu Mures, which now is at its 19th edition.

The Carnival of Venice was first held in the 11th century and consisted of over two months of revelry and parades.
On the last evening of our congress, before saying farewell to the participants, we want to revive this beautiful tradition by inviting all our guests to wear a mask and be part of the enchanting atmosphere of the „Serenissima”. The most beautiful one will be chosen the winner of the contest „La maschera più bella” ("the most beautiful mask").
