Participants with papers in a specific branch of the Faculty of General Medicine (Preclinical, Clinical- Medical, Surgical Clinic or Dental Medicine) are obliged to join one of the workshops listed under the "Information>> Workshops/courses". To register for one of these workshops please visit the "Register>>Workshop registration" menu.

The PRESENTATION OF PAPERS will be held IN english and the abstracts of the papers will appear on the site in English. The papers will be created using only office 2003 or 2007.*

The first field of the registration form, "Title", will contain the paper’s title. The title will be written entirely in capital letters. The next field, "first author", will be filled in with the authors name in the form: Full Name (ex: Georgescu George).

Papers can have only one first author, and up to four authors, and three coordinators. Please do not exceed this limit! The names submitted over this limit will not be validated and will not appear in any documents.

The field corresponding to the author joining will contain the name of ONE author, to add additional fields use the Add button (marked with a plus sign, +).The field corresponding to coordinators joining wil contain the name of ONE coordinator to add additional fields use the Add button (marked with a plus sign, +).

The coordinator must be an academic physician (Lecturer, Associate Professor, Professor), PhD (PhD).

In the field "University" choose the appropriate option from the drop-menu made available.

If the University you come from is not listed between the options displayed, its full name filled in the next field; In the field "section" will choose the appropriate option from the menu.

In the field "Presentation" will choose the appropriate option from the menu.

The abstract of the papers will be filled in the 'Abstract" field.

The abstract must contain:

Please do not enter the abstract in capital letters.

Since abstracts will be processed automatically, after publishing the abstract in the corresponding field, use the "Remove Format" to avoid the appearance of any error in page layout in the book of abstracts.

Fill in the appropriate field "Email" as invalid emails will be automatically rejected.

Choose a password that will be correlated with the title of the work submitted.

By clicking the "Register>>> Paper status" you can follow your paper's status (validation, etc..).
To gain acces to this menu, use the first author's name and password, as chosen during registration.

*Optionaly, the presentations can be sustained in Romanian.
