1. Participants who request accommodation and meal must pay an aditional fee for this facilities as mentioned in the table above.
2. External participants will deposit the congress fee into the account from Banca Transilvania Divizia pentru Medici - RO28BTRL02701205P49377xx - with and extra 5RON for transaction charges. On the payment order(ordin de plata) they must mention : last name and first name (in this order), participation(active/passive), accommodation and meal (yes/no), university center of origin (ex: UMF Targu Mures), type of fee (student/doctor).
3. Participation and accommodation fees will be paid on the same payment order.
4. Internal participants will pay participation fees at the student league headquarters (student hostel no. 2, ground floor, str. Nicolae Grigorescu no. 15 ).
5. For more than a paper the participants will pay an additional fee of 30 RON/paper.
6. Students with income bursaries benefit the deduction of the first paper fee. For the 2nd paper the fee will be 80 RON and for the third paper will be 30 RON.
